One beautiful day, I was having a date with my friend planning to have a movie marathon in the cinema. While waiting for the movie, we planned to get some refreshment near a café called PCLO that served churros as the main dish. The second he gets up to go to the toilet, I quickly grabbed my phone, started scrolling and checking all the social media I have in my phone. It was some kind of a panic attack when I have to sit there all alone and I trying hard to avoid eye contact to those near me. I felt like I am vulnerable to every assumption that I have in mind for instance, people will think that I am a weirdo watching them from far. Hi guys.             Today, I would like to bring you guys to discuss about ‘second life’. Before that, do you know what second life is?  According to an article from EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative (2008), with the title “7 things you should know about Second Life”, second life refers to largest virtual world which is including VolP that lets users to speak with each other. It was launched in 2003. Besides that, it is using technology to create visual lifelike experiences for their user who already registered. The one who registered will create their avatars in that virtual world.             Second life created to let people meet and interact with others. They can set their avatar as other gender if they wanted. They also can behave confidently even they are too shy in the real world. It is not rare thing to discuss about internet addiction these years. We have become so internet dependent that each day, after wake up from bed, the first thing first we check is our phone, especially those who owns digital device with the internet. Internet helps to ease our activity but at some point it can make things gone worse. A scholarly explanation on internet addiction is “ Internet addiction (IA) is the lack of ability to control Internet use and involvement leading to progressive loss of control. With negative social effects, Internet addicts use the Web as a social and communication tool, once they experience higher levels of pleasure and satisfaction when online than in real life” (Abreu, nd). Assalamualaikum for all my group member. Digital device nowadays is not something new among our generation. Based on documentary we watch before, it shows how device not only be used by our generation but it can be use for older generation andit also used by disability people to develop their skill. I want to ask your personal opinion. In Malaysia we have jalur Lebar and Pusat Internet 1 Malaysia (PI1M) to access internet, basically for people in village to access internet. A very good day to everyone.        Nowadays, we always spend out time to look into social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Besides posting our own photo, we always found that there are babies photos shared by their parents. Well, we know that children do not know how to use smartphone and other smart devices.        We always saw that mothers nowadays always or like to post or shares their children's photos in social media especially photo of their baby.
